La Croix du Sud

The family home dates back to 1806...

The La Croix du Sud family home, in Burgundy, dates back to 1806, and was extensively restored in 2007/2008 with all modern conveniences. It lies nestled amidst the vineyards of the border between the Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire Departments, two minutes away from the Canal du Centre, in the peaceful village of Chassey-le-Camp.

The house is situated beyond an enclosed courtyard, which can be used for parking.

Behind the house lies a beautiful walled private garden with patio.

La Croix du Sud features a large comfortable living and dining area with open plan, modernly equipped kitchen.

The three spacious bedrooms, each 50 square meters in size, contain comfortable beds (two with double beds, one with twin beds) each with their own en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.  A laundry area is available under the house.
